Healthy muffins... I've been on a crazy muffin making streak. Trying to sneak fruit and fiber and less sugar into my girl's diet.
No oil, or butter.. basically applesauce, bananas, oats, wheat flour, some white flour, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, egg... you get the idea. :) They are pretty yummy.. and I'm having fun experimenting with different add-in items. :)
